Shipping Times

- Pre-order items are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks, as stated in the individual product description.
If your pre-order has exceeded 2 weeks and you no longer wish to wait, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us via email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item(s), the shipping box, and all packaging materials. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required during the carrier's investigation.
Refunds or replacements for damaged or lost packages will only be issued after the shipping carrier's investigation has been completed and the claim has been approved in your favor. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
